..this is what might have been your first impression. Blogs about getting fit, healthy lifestyle, healthy food, loosing weight etc. have spread in the last few years. Everyone that has a little extra time and has read some articles about eating and living healthy seems to think they know everything and share their new gained knowledge to everyone. But it is not like that. I have no professional knowledge about it, but I am not here to sell you advices and profit from it. I have created this blog because lot of my friends often ask me to help them with some practical advices on how to loose some extra kilos or which habits should they change to make their living as healthy as possible - so I decided to share my "knowledge" with others and help them on their way to more full and healthy life. This blog will have some tips on how to change your daily habits and live healthier life, some delicious and healthy receipts, motivational advices etc. I will write from my personal experience and what has worked for me (and for my close friends and family), and one of the future blogs will for sure be my story about how I even started with changing my daily habits to more healthy - it is not a one day change, it took me many years to come to the stage that I am now. And I am finally happy and satisfied with my lifestyle, because I know that I am trying to do what is best for my body. After all, your body is the only thing that will stay yours till the end, so be gentle with it and do what is best for it.
